You can visit the Southampton German Christmas Market every day from Saturday 21st November until Wednesday 23rd December.

Christmas Market Opening Hours: 10.00am - 6.30pm with late night opening every Thursday. Longer opening hours during December. Please note, Sunday Trading Laws apply.

Getting here

Getting to the Southampton German Christmas Market could not be easier. Whether by plane, train, automobile or reindeer sleigh, you can find the easiest route for you below.

By car

Travelling from London to Southampton using the M3 Motorway.
At the M3 Junction 13 follow signs for M27 WEST. Exit at Junction 14 and take the A33 to Southampton. Simply follow the signs for the City Centre. Southampton City offers many Car Parking buildings, many of which are associated with West Quay Shopping Centre and these are also clearly signposted.

You may wish to leave the M27 at Junction 3, and take the M271 motorway . At the end of the M271, Follow the signs for  the City Centre using the A35/A33. This route provides for easier access to the West Quay Shopping Centre Car Park buildings

By public transport

Bus

The FREE CityLink bus service operates every 15 minutes between Southampton's Central station and Red Funnel's ferry terminals via the West Quay shopping centre. Click here for more information

Coach

Southampton Coach Station is located close to Southampton Central Rail Station. From London: London Victoria Coach Station. Try National Express for tickets. Tel: ( 08705 ) 808080. On-line bookings: www.nationalexpress.com

Rail

Trains leave London Waterloo Station for Southampton Central. Approx journey time: 60 mins. Walking distance to the Xmas Market is approximately15 mins. Alternatively, you can take a bus direct to the West Quay Shopping Centre.
